COVID-19 Update

Updates on our operational

Due to the implications of COVID-19 situation, our teams have put in place the following measures:

  • During Working from Home Implementation, we are still here to support you. Our business hours remain as usual where you can contact our Customer Service, Account Managers, and our Engineering Teams from Monday – Friday, 08.00 – 17.00. Our website www.hilti.co.id is available around the clock 24/7.
  • Tool Service Centre is still open with limited capacity. Please note that we are not accepting walk-in-repair for the time being. Please call your Account Manager to arrange pick up of your tool, free of charge.
  • We are committed to deliver our product to you at IDR 75,000 per standard delivery for all purchase orders regardless the value. This will be effective starting May 1st 2020 and valid from all channels: Hilti Online, Customer Service, and Account Manager.

We appreciate for your understanding. Rest assured we will keep you informed about further updates in our operations, and we will do our utmost to minimize the impacts to you.

Update on our office based and field team

Continuing our previous communication, our Work from Home policy is extended until further a due. 

During this Work from Home implementation, we are limiting our services such as:

  • Tool Service Centre is still open with limited capacity but we are not accepting walk-in-repair for the time being. Please call your Account Manager to arrange pick up of your tool. Or email customerservice-id@hilti.com

Work from Home also applies to our field-based-team, such as our Account Managers, Engineers, and ON!Track personnel. While these changes are in place, we remain committed to providing you with the best service and continue to be available in the following ways:

  • Hilti website www.hilti.co.id is available 24/7 for product information and to place your orders. For help with your registration, please contact your Account Manager
  • Contact your Account Managers or Field Engineer on the mobile, emails, and whatsapp to answer to your inquiries. They may still come to your office in the most urgent and important cases if it requires their physical presence.
  • Delivery of your order will continue as normal

Our plants located in Europe and Asia are currently operational and we have put in place contingency measures to ensure minimal disruption to the supply of our products.

We are here to support you and your business

Transparency is important to us in how we communicate with both our customers and partners. Following the worldwide spread of the coronavirus, we would like to inform you as to how we are handling the current situation. It goes without saying that our main priority is protecting the health of our employees and their families, as well as our customers and business partners.

In today’s challenging environment, we want to provide you more information as to how we are securing our business, and, in turn, yours. We have developed Business Continuity Plans to respond to COVID-19 while safeguarding the health of our employees and minimizing the impact on the delivery of services to you. Our teams have put in place the following measures:

Business As Usual

Following the local mandate for Working From Home, we comply to this starting from 16 - 20 March 2020. 

During this Work from Home implementation, our Customer Service, Hilti Online, order processing, invoicing, and Logistics operations are all operating to give you utmost support, although regrettably, our Tools Service Centre will be running in limited capacity during this period. Hilti Tools Service Centre Team will contact affected customers to share the detail about the status of their tools.

  • We also don't accept walk-in-repair but you still can request for pick up by calling your Account Manager or email our Customer Service to customerservice-id@hilti.com

What can you do to ensure the highest possible level of service?

  • Order whenever possible through our Website
  • Our Sales and Engineering teams are also equipped to handle meetings remotely via phone, Skype and manage queries through our digital platform AskHilti to suit your preference. There are also webinars conducted to digitally support your queries.
  • Our Customer Service are still reachable via email from Monday - Friday, 08.00 am - 05.00 pm. 
  • To  reduce downtime of repairs, our Tool Service Center is still open with limited capacity for the time being. 

We will keep you informed about the status of our supply chain as needed and communicate any critical supply issues as soon as they are identified.
