Standard Delivery
With our standard delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next 24-48 hours from when the order is placed.
Order cut-off time 3:00 pm (Mon. to Fri.)
Delivery charge for orders is included in handling fee (please confirm with our Account Manager or Customer Service for more information)
Available for JABODETABEK and Surabaya Metro only, outside of this area, applies different lead time

Hilti tools are built to last. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair by Hilti Online or email:
Book before the cut‑off time of 11:00 AM for pickup on the next working day within the JABODETABEK area.
Repair service is available nationwide.
FREE pickup and delivery apply for JABODETABEK, Surabaya Metro, and Bali.
