Materials and workmanship warranty

Hilti will repair or replace parts that break as a result of defects in materials or workmanship for 20 years.
WEAR AND TEAR COVERAGE

2 YEARS NO COST

Hilti will repair tools at no cost for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear is covered.
REPAIR WARRANTY

1 month repair guarantee

If your tool breaks down within 1 month of a paid repair, we will repair it free of charge for the same diagnostic.
REPAIR TURNAROUND

3 or 7 repair turnaround, or the repair is free

With pre-approval, we’ll repair your Hilti tool within 3 days (Jabodetabek) and 7 days (nationwide) or repair it free of charge.
