Hilti Indonesia’s standard warranty terms also apply to clearance products, including the “2‑1‑3” service promise: two years of no-cost repairs for wear and tear, a one-month repair warranty on paid repairs, and a three-day turnaround commitment for approved repairs. These warranty benefits apply to tools and supported accessories under the regular service program.
