    To book a Hilti tool repair online, log in to your account then navigate to the tool management section. Select the tool repair option and then choose the tools needing service. Click the repair button. You will then have the option to change details such as delivery address or the delivery contact.

    To track your Hilti orders online, you need to log in to your Hilti account. Then go the Orders section and click on the orders and tracking option. Select the order number of the order you wish to track, and then select the option for shipment tracking.

    To see personalized prices when available, log in to your Hilti account and add items you want to purchase to your shopping cart. You will then see personalized prices, when these are relevant.   Not yet registered?     To see all your Hilti tools at a glance, log in to your Hilti account and go to the ‘Tool Management’ menu option. You can filter using options including ‘Purchased only’, ‘Fleet only’ and more.   It displays essential information about your tools such as serial number, date of last repair, purchase date and more. Book individual services for a tool and use filter and search options to speed up your search for specific tools.   You can also export an overview of your whole Hilti tool crib to your desktop computer, smartphone or tablet.

    Creating a Hilti Online account is straightforward. Click the "Register" or "Create Account" button at the top of the homepage, enter your business email address and company information, and follow the prompts to complete your registration. Once verified, you'll have immediate access to all the benefits of Hilti Online.
