How to design embedment depth for rebar with Fire influence with ETA Method?

Hi!

I need technical advice on how to design embedment depth for rebar under fire with ETA Method.
I tried to model it on profis engineering but I faced confusion.
I have tried using PE for rebar under fire influence under ETA design, and I found strange thing-hope you can give me insight.

So I am having two load combination each for ordinary rebar - and one is for rebar under fire.
Turned out with same load, my embedment depth for rebar under fire is shorter than the ordinary one.

Shouldn't it be longer with fire? not shorter
Why this happen?

I would like to do a short call if possible.
